Selling- Why you need a home inspector
You have a magnificent Weston home and it is absolutely perfect in every regard. All that may very well be true, but your prospective buyer doesn’t know you from Adam or anyone else and quite frankly the prospective buyer of your perfect Weston house isn’t going to take your word for it.
Your house may in fact be pristine on the outside but the buyer is going to assume that there may in fact be issues that aren’t visible to the naked eye, and that they may cost them money should they purchase your house.
